Hand towels missing in bunk bed rooms!!! The family room had nice amenities, but the quadruple room lacked basics like a fridge and kettle, making it feel less comfortable for group stays!!!

What a delightful surprise! The location is perfect for exploring local markets and eateries. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure guests feel safe. Our quadruple room was clean and spacious, and the pool was a refreshing retreat. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Occasionally, guests return late and disrupt peace with loud talking and music, which can be frustrating if you're trying to relax.

We stayed in a quadruple room with the kids and they loved the privacy curtains it felt like they had their own little hideouts! And the staff were super helpful, I needed someone to help us with local adventures and they were on it, just a phone call away.
